Pudina Chutney and Sprouts stir fry served with Gandha Saale Rice, #Vegan, #Sprouts

Pudina Chutney for the Green Goddess.

Sprouts stir fry for the Protein.

Vodiyalu or Fryums for the Kid hiding

Brown Rice for the nourishing mother Earth.

Brown Rice for mother Earth. We have used a variety called Gandhe Saale, which is a wonderful fragrant rice variety, local to the state of Karnataka.

Always soak the brown rice for at least 4-8 hours before cooking for better results. The ratio of water to rice can be determined after experimenting a few times. First time, I always with with 1:2.5 ratio for rice is to water and drain the excess. Each variety, each crop will have different requirement of water.
