Broccoli, Sesame and Macaroni, #LunchBox, #Vegan

Lunch box that is both Kid and Mom approved. Quick to cook, tasty to eat and healthy too. Good for lunchbox or anytime snack  or a complete meal for both kids and adults. Tastes good without cheese too.

  • Cook macaroni according to the directions given on the package.
  • Heat skillet and stir fry broccoli for 5 minutes on high heat in 1tbsp of olive oil. 2 cups of broccoli for one uncooked cup of macaroni.
  • Add 1tbsp sesame seeds and the cooked pasta and heat through covered for couple of minutes.
  • Season with oregano,basil,chilli flakes – optional.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to taste. 
Ingredients – serves one 
  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Dried basil/oregano – few pinches
  • Chilli flakes – few pinches
