#Sprouts on a Dosa – Health in a Plate

The picture is the recipe. For those who insist –

  • Spread the dosa batter on the tawa.
  • Sprinkle handful of sprouts (mung, moth, masoor work well) on the dosa immediately.
  • If you want roasted sprouts, flip over the dosa and roast for a minute on the other side. Even without this step, the sprouts get cooked in the time the dosa gets cooked.

Fold, serve, eat and feel Good.  Feel free to omit this step for people are allergic to sprouts 🙂 Pack it for your kids for a nutritious lunch.
