- Spread the dosa batter on the tawa.
- Sprinkle handful of sprouts (mung, moth, masoor work well) on the dosa immediately.
- If you want roasted sprouts, flip over the dosa and roast for a minute on the other side. Even without this step, the sprouts get cooked in the time the dosa gets cooked.
